Obituary for Madeline Fowler

Madeline Fowler, age 83 of Chatsworth, passed away Saturday, November 18, 2017 at Hamilton Medical Center.She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Fowler; parents, Ernest and Josie Head.She is survived by her daughters, Kathy McCurdy Bishop of Dalton and Polly McCurdy of Calhoun; sons, Wayne McCurdy of Dalton, Rex McCurdy and Ray Fowler, both of Chatsworth; sisters, Annie Ruth Bryson and Johnnie Keys, both of Dalton; brother, Doyle Head of Chattanooga; 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; nieces and nephews.The funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Fowler will be held Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Grace Baptist Church with Rev. Raymond English and Rev. Chris Corbin officiating. The body will lie in state one hour prior to the service.Burial will be in Center Valley Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home on Monday from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. You may leave the family a message or light a candle on the tribute wall at www.julianpeeples.comFuneral arrangements are by Julian Peeples Funeral Home, Pleasant Grove Chapel, Dalton.
