Obituary for Ronald Cantrell

Ronald Cantrell, age 73, of Cohutta, passed away Friday, September 29, 2017 at Erlanger Health Care in Chattanooga. He was preceded in death by his parents, Marcus Avery and Viola Mae Cantrell; sisters, Vivian Busby and Melba Yother; brothers, Avery, Alvin, and William Cantrell. Survivors include, his loving wife, Diane Cantrell of Cohutta; a daughter and son-in-law, Shayna and Anthony Goswick of Cohutta; sister and brother-in-law, Margaret and W.L. Newton of Lafayette; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Wallace and Cheryl Maddron of Dalton; granddaughter, Emerson Goswick; nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive. The funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Cantrell will be held Monday, October 2, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Bret Bellamy officiating.  Burial will be in Good Hope Cemetery The family will receive friends at funeral home on Monday, October 2, 2017 from 12:00 noon until the funeral hour at 3:00 p.m. You may leave the family a message or light a candle on the tribute wall at www.julianpeeples.com Funeral arrangements are by Julian Peeples Funeral Home, Pleasant Grove Chapel, Dalton.  For further information, call 706-259-7455.
